MBTI Assessment and Feedback Session

MBTI Assessment and Feedback Session

Duration: 4 Hours

Objective: To provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of their MBTI personality type, enhance self-awareness, and create actionable insights for personal and professional development.

Welcome and Introduction (30 minutes)

  • Introduction to the MBTI framework and its significance.
  • Outline of the session and participant goals.
  • Brief icebreaker activity to foster a comfortable environment.

MBTI Assessment Completion (30 minutes)

  • Introduction to the MBTI framework and its significance.
  • Outline of the session and participant goals.
  • Brief icebreaker activity to foster a comfortable environment.

Individual Feedback Session (1 hour)

  • Each participant will receive their MBTI results in a personalized feedback session.
  • Key aspects discussed:
  • Overview of their personality type (e.g., INTJ, ESFP, etc.)
  • Detailed explanation of their preferences in four dichotomies: 
    • Extroversion (E) vs. Introversion (I)
    • Sensing (S) vs. Intuition (N)
    • Thinking (T) vs. Feeling (F)
    • Judging (J) vs. Perceiving (P)

Group Discussion and Reflection (1 hour)

  • Participants will share their insights and initial reactions to their personality types in small groups.
  • Guided discussion on how these insights relate to their personal and professional lives.
  • Exploration of common themes and differences within the group.

Action Planning Workshop (1 hour)

  • Guided session to develop personal action plans based on MBTI insights.
  • Focus areas:
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses for personal growth.
  • Setting realistic career and personal goals aligned with personality type.
  • Strategies for improving communication and teamwork based on strengths and preferences.

Wrap-Up and Q&A Session (30 minutes)

  • Summary of key takeaways from the session.
  • Open floor for questions and additional feedback.
  • Discussion on resources for further development and support.

Upon completing the MBTI assessment and feedback session, participants will achieve the following:
